Life in God

Are our lives centered on us dying or are they focused on everlasting life with Christ?

John 11:26

Everyone who lives believing in Jesus will never die. This may not make sense if we focus on death. But what exactly is living if not being in communion with God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

True living is being the love that God is. To be part of the being that God is and reflecting outward God who lives in us. That entry point is Jesus.

To get to know Jesus and enter into a relationship with Jesus brings us to life and away from death. Jesus is the way to life and life itself. So to believe in Jesus and remain with Jesus is to have life.

How then can we die if we are holding on to life? People say that we all will eventually die but that’s focusing on the wrong thing. Let us focus today on having everlasting life in Jesus and how that changes all our day-to-day actions.

They highlight the challenges of work and raising a family as well as the benefits of immersing themselves in the Kenyan culture. Now back in the US, they speak on how transformed the entire household remains in their personal and professional life to this very day.
